Session III: Sunday, July 23 to Friday, August 4, 2023

Wednesday, July 12, 2023 you will receive an email with a link to register for activities. You have until Wednesday, July 19, 2023 to register. 

REGISTER FOR EXTRA EVENTS HERE!

Please read the directions below carefully before registering for your events.
Failure to read the instructions and sign up correctly could mean losing a place in the events you hope to attend.

  1. Read your course syllabus carefully. Your events should not conflict with times you would be in class or attending a class field trip
  2. Sign up for two events in each passport category except for Social and Residential Events where you will sign up upon arrival to campus. 
  3. You must sign up for a Saturday and a Sunday event.
  4. Please write down the name, date, and time of the events you sign up for. Although you will receive a reminder, noting your events will allow you to organize your two-week Harvard Pre-College experience more appropriately.
  5. When attending your registered co-curricular event:
    1. If in-person: Check-in with a Proctor prior to the start of each event to receive a stamp under the respective category. Failure to check-in and/or arriving late without prior communication with a Proctor may preclude you from receiving a stamp for that event.
    2. If virtual: Log-in to the event on time and enter your name in the chat (if prompted). The day or two after the event, you must visit the Pre-College Student Activities office or Proctor office hours to revieve a stamp under the respective category. Failture to remain in the virtual meeting for the duration of the event may preclude you from reciveing a stamp for that event.
  6. You are required to attend all the events you register for as part of the Pre-College Co-Curricular requirement.

* Space permitting, you will have the opportunity to sign up for additional events throughout the program. All online events will be held synchronously at the ET listed.
